These terms describe permitted use of the public website operated by Florida Lacrosse Officials Association, Inc. (FLOA).

Information and enquiries

This website provides general association information and ways to contact FLOA. A form submission does not create membership, employment, a game assignment, certification, or a booking. Confirm any arrangement directly with the responsible FLOA representative or governing body.

Requirements, schedules, and resources can change. FLOA aims to keep information useful and accurate, but cannot guarantee that every page is complete or current. Official rules, registration, certification, and assignment decisions remain with the applicable governing body or service. This site is not an emergency reporting channel.

Respectful, lawful use

Use the site for lawful enquiries and information. Do not impersonate others, send spam or threatening content, submit information you have no right to share, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service. FLOA may restrict abusive use.

Content and outside services

Website content, photographs, logos, and other materials belong to FLOA or their respective owners. You may view, link to, and print pages for personal, noncommercial reference. Other reuse requires permission from the relevant owner unless allowed by law. Do not imply FLOA’s endorsement or remove ownership notices.

Links to outside resources are provided for convenience. FLOA does not control those services or guarantee their availability or content. Their own rules and terms apply.

Availability and responsibility

The site is provided on an “as available” basis. Access and message delivery may be delayed or interrupted. If a matter is time-sensitive or you receive no response, follow up directly using the published contact details. To the extent permitted by applicable law, FLOA disclaims warranties about uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes responsibilities or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and future services

Our Privacy Policy explains how website and contact information is handled. These terms cover the current public site. SMS services, accounts, and any private training library will need their own applicable terms and notices before launch. These website terms do not amend any separate written agreement with FLOA.
